Parents and Guardians,
St. Matthew registration will be held on Thursday, August 6th from 7:00 am- 11:00 am and 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm. This day will provide you with the opportunity to put lunch money in your student(s) account, get all paperwork and information for the year, shop the school uniform exchange program, sign up to volunteer, etc. This day allows you to take care of all the paperwork ahead of time! Please click on the Sign-up Genius link below to review the available slots and to sign up.
A few notes to remember:
- All new students, including Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten will need to supply the main office with updated physical, immunization, and dental records.
- Please be prepared to write a separate check for lunch money and have another check on hand if you wish to make a tuition payment, or to set up ACH for your tuition payment plan.
- If your student has medication that will be kept in the nurses office during the school year, please request an authorization form to be filled out so that this information can be kept on file.
