Important Mid-Week Communication

Conference Sign Up is Live
Dear Parents and Guardians,
sign up begins today; click below to get signed up! All fall conferences will be done virtually through Zoom; we are sad that we will not be able to welcome you into the building, but to continue our efforts to keep the students health and safe, we feel it is best to proceed with Zoom as our communication tool. Please know that we are hopeful to hold spring conferences in person.
Conference times are below:
Thursday, October 22nd from 1:00pm-7:00pm (early dismissal day)
Tuesday, October 27th from 4:00pm-7:00pm
Once you have scheduled your times, you will receive a Zoom link for the teacher you are meeting with. We ask for your patience as you wait in the waiting room; the scheduled teacher will allow you into the conference when it is your time and the prior conference has concluded.
If you could please make sure your Zoom account has your name, this will be very helpful to the teachers who will let you into the conference. Detailed directions on how to change your name (this is likely only in the event that you changed it from your initial login) can be found at the bottom of this communication.

Conference Sign Up
Enter the student’s FULL first name and last name followed by the student’s password. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the link “Forgot Password?” and your password will be e-mailed to you. This password is not the same as your powerschool password.
2. FOLLOW THE PROMPTS - STUDENT #1
Click the button next to the class to schedule or change an appointment. Click on the circle next to the time you would like for your conference. A red X indicates a time slot that is not available. After choosing your time, press “Schedule Time” at the bottom of the page. You will then see a confirmation of your time scheduled.
3. SCHEDULE TIMES FOR STUDENTS #2, #3, #4
Above the words "Conference Schedule" you will see buttons with each of your students names. You can easily toggle between your students by clicking this button and then scheduling times for the appropriate teachers. This means you do not have to log off to schedule another students conferences, use the button with their name.
sign up is required for your child’s homeroom teacher.
You may choose to sign up for conferences with “specials/essentials” teachers if you have questions or concerns. e.g. Gym, Music, Art or Library/Technology. If your child sees Mrs. Breitbach for Resource please sign up for a conference with her.

Directions to change your Zoom name
Picture Retake - TOMORROW
Picture retakes are tomorrow, Thursday October 15th. We will also be taking pictures of the preschool and Early Childhood Center (ECC) students as well. A few important reminders for retakes:
Please bring back your original set of pictures (if purchased)
Read Photography will use the selection you originally entered for the new set of photos
Students may still dress in dress code or better (a change of clothes may be brought)
